All jobs are to be paid for by the end of the session. This is so we can pay our bills and don't have to eat Pete, moving him from the endangered species list to the extinct species list.
A deposit of 20% is required to book a recording session. 24hrs notice is required to cancel a booking. Cancellations made within 24hrs may not have the deposit refunded.
Clients not showing within half a hour of the appointed time will have their session cancelled and lose their deposit.
Inside Rednaught Studios is a smoke free zone.
Dr Sara is the only person allowed to prescribe dispense or administer drugs. :-)
Proper prior planning prevents persistantly poor performance.

By this we mean that we like to do the job properly. Turning up to the
studio unrehearshed is a good way to waste time and money.
Likewise not having new guitar / bass strings, drum skins makes for dull
sounding recordings and we hate polishing crap because in the end it's
still brown and smelly. However it's a good idea to let strings stretch
in for a day so put them on the day before.
Everyone tune to the same guitar tuner.
Singers, make sure you've got your lyrics written (typed :o) clearly
and you've had plenty of water (not milk or other fatty drinks) to lubricate
your vocal chords before the session. We'll happily supply the lubrication
during the session.
"Lets do it again" saves much more time than "We'll fix it in
the mix."
